Help Enola, Jonesy, and Ripley Stay Housed

Donation protected
Hello, it's me. Enola. I've held a lot back, reluctant to share my financial struggles since being laid off in February 2023. Asking for help, especially from strangers and my community doesn't come easy. It's hard to be this vulnerable. I've managed to survive for six months, caring for my dogs, and finding housing where I could while job hunting, depleting my savings and retirement to stay afloat.

My Unemployment Insurance runs out in two weeks and I will be homeless, living out of my car with my two small dogs, Jonesy and Ripley. I'm calling it a vacation, an adventure, a road trip, in the hopes that it's temporary while I continue job hunting. Rejections be damned.

I don't know where we'll end up, but at this point, I'm hoping for financial help to get by for the next few months. I've nearly disappeared socially the last three months, so you may not remember me. Even if you can't help financially, I appreciate you spreading the word.

I never fathomed I'd find myself in this position. I worked hard to build a career over the last decade, but life takes roads that are unexpected, despite our best efforts. It's quite humbling.

All funds collected will go to bills, gas, and finding a cheap rental. This should cover us up to three months. Thank you for your support!
