Help Enthusiastic, Deserving HS Seniors Go to D.C.

Hi, I’m Alan and I teach Government in a small South Bronx high school whose students have been historically underserved. The senior class is excited about to going to Washington DC this spring. In addition to learning about our government, I’m trying to create a stronger bond within our school community. Unfortunately, our current funding only allows about half our seniors to go on this trip. The kids have told me that they will only go if ALL can go. I admire their own fundraising efforts however I want to make absolutely sure that their optimism is not misplaced. So I’m asking for your help in making their dream a reality.
