Help Eric Bradshaw After Motorcycle Accident

Jeremiah 17:7-8

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green.”

On October 28th about 6:20 pm. Eric and Sharon were in motorcycle accident coming home from an autumn ride.

Unfortunately, on the way home they hit rocks in the road causing them to loose control and slide the bike into a ditch.

Miraculously, an off duty paramedic was first on scene and started administering aid. Eric was taken by Helicopter to Baptist Medical Center where they had to perform an emergency surgery to coil a grade 4 laceration on his spleen. They also diagnosed him with 9 broken ribs, a fractured shoulder, fractured spine, and fluid in his lungs. He was immediately admitted into ICU to receive the best care. He has needed round the clock monitoring of his oxygen, which has been a huge battle that he is still fighting. Additionally, Eric had to have surgery to fuse the 9 broken ribs. He is now in a large, hard shell-like brace to keep his body stabilized.

We are currently making plans for when he leaves the hospital. We know that he will need in-patient therapy to help strengthen his body and a lot of time to heal.

We are asking for donations for bills and expenses he may receive while he is out of work. As many know, he is a pastor at Faith Chapel Worship Center and personal trainer at Gym 365. Eric has helped so many people over the years and is a wonderful father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, he blesses others by his prayers and his presence. He is always there for anyone in need. We know that God is with him and he stands on His word, this will be a wonderful testimony of His works.

We continue to welcome any and all prayers. However, if you are able to provide a donation it would be greatly appreciated.

With Love,
The Bradshaw Family
