Help Eric(bubba) cover unexpected medical

Hi my names Samantha & I am making this go fund me for my uncle & aunt in hopes to helping them cover some of my uncles medical expenses due to a very serious unexpected illness. On December 19 Eric was diagnosed with pneumonia and sent home with medication in hopes to help him get better, as the week went on his symptoms only got worse. Christmas evening my aunt had to call 911 to have my uncle taken to the emergency room, where what we thought was he just needed some extra help and meds but turned into a nightmare of unfolding bad news day after day, & after each test.. He was admitted to main campus in the critical care unit on oxygen and tons of medications as well as chest tubes placed in both lungs to help drain the fluids. Day 2 at metro he went for another CT scan where we were told his lungs were even worse and filled completely up, his vitals were horrible, he was A-fib, oxygen super low needed placed on high pressure oxygen. The pain he has experienced has been unimaginable & hard to even see. Finally on day 3 at metro of seeing surgeons, tons of drs, lung specialists, cardiologists, we found the problem he was diagnosed with the worst most aggressive case of MRSA in his right lung and would need surgery to remove it, & would also need to have his heart shocked due to A-fib. With a stressful long day 3, ready to just start getting better because it’s been bad news and bad news every time a dr walked in the room. Day 4 came and we were told he would not need surgery the meds are working and his lungs are clearing up finally!! As well as he woke up feeling much better..

My uncle & aunt are still at metro with NO ETA of going home, & still trying to get my uncle 100% better with a long long road ahead of them.. They unfortunately do not have any medical insurance as they are self employed, Christmas has just passed & it’s a very rough time. They have been out of work due to him being so sick and only getting worse, and will continue to be out of work for a little while due to physical therapy being needed after his lungs recover and still not sure when they will get to go home from the hospital..
