Help Erin Fund Website and Sell Photos

Erin has been taking pictures of the Colombian Coffee Region for over 5 years, but the struggle to support a growing website Coffee Axis Travel, and keep the lights turned on, is real.

Taking pictures doesn't necessarily pay the bills there are printed products and buyers. This is part of the initiative.

The idea is to continue to explore the region, write valuable content, and take pictures.



So, who is Erin Donaldson?

8 years ago she moved to Colombia, from her home country the United States. It has been an incredible journey, until March of 2020 when the first lockdown started.

Since then it has been hit and miss with work and life. ..

The idea is to create a photo gallery where people don't just see a picture - they also have a deeper connection through sound, smell, and even taste.

What if, people who might not otherwise visit the places in her photographs, could have an immersive experience in a clean and safe environment?

She has this great idea, but no funding, or seed money. 

Coffee Axis Travel , an online magazine focused on lifestyle, gastronomy and tourism, is in its 3rd year, but it could use a boost as hosting is coming due at the end of this year ($450 USD annually).

Travel restrictions mean that it is more difficult for people to go to the places, but she can bring the Coffee Axis Travel experience to the people through high quality photo prints that they can take home or order online for their own living rooms!



The main focus, is to sell photos of the Coffee Axis that have been reproduced in various forms at appropriate prices.

My pictures are only a piece of the puzzle. There are local artists, musicians and entrepreneurs who can directly benefit.

The idea is to host monthly "gallery openings" to feature new collections and give the local community the opportunity to discover the beauty and culture of the Colombian Coffee Axis! Each month a different artist will be invited and paid for their time to perform for attendees. 

There are so many unique elements that Erin wants to bring together to create the ultimate virtual travel experience.

If you can imagine yourself wandering into an art gallery - but getting a museum quality experience that takes you beyond the picture to far off places, would you go? 




I also need funding for the hosting fees of my website - and funding for my travels/investigations. 

Originally, I planned to try to buy a place, now I think I need to put together the photos, sell them, but accumulate enough inventory to mount a full gallery, enter in contests, or set up a mobile kiosk. 

Additional Needs:

All costs associated with setting up a non-profit foundation to use part of the income for local charities, struggling artists, and fostering local talent. 

Advertising to get the word out. 

Deadline November of 2022: Print pictures, pay hosting, fund traveling, investigations.

CONTRIBUTIONS OR GIFTS TO COFFEE AXIS TRAVEL ARE NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE YET.  Any contributions received shall be considered gifts to Coffee Axis Travel, which is a for profit entity.  Contributors will not receive any goods or services in exchange for their gifts.  At the discretion of Coffee Axis Travel gifts received will be used to cover Coffee Axis Travel's ongoing costs and expenses in an effort to help Coffee Axis Travel survive the Coronavirus pandemic and provide unique gallery experiences to future generations of Foreign Visitors and Colombians in our local community.
