Help Erin Rolek rebuild her life after the Palisades fire

Hello. Like so many of our friends and loved ones, Erin Rolek lost her home in the recent fires. If you know Erin, you know what a thoughtful, caring person she is. She moved to LA just before the pandemic, and has been a fixture of the hospitality community here ever since. Her life is quite literally centered around serving others. As such, she is the first to offer help, but the last to ask for it herself.

So on her behalf, we are asking if you might consider pitching in so that she can start get some essentials as well as some semblance of security that government funding doesn't cover.
