Help Essy Help Others

Many of you know the story of my caregiver Essy Gbedessy. I’ve had a dozen caregivers over the last four years, but Essy is remarkable due to her kindness, professionalism, and incredible dedication to the well-being of her patients.
Three years ago, Essy’s car was stolen just outside her apartment building. When it was found two weeks later, it was trashed. Since then, she’s probably spent more on repairs than the 20-year old car is worth. But as single mom raising two kids, she’s had no choice – she needs her car to do her job, which includes taking patients to doctor appointments, the grocery store and other errands.
She doesn’t need a new car. She just needs a reliable car she can depend on so she can continue helping the vulnerable clients who depend on her.
I’m hoping we can help her by raising $5,000. This isn’t much, but it should be able to pay for an older, but dependable car she can drive, without constantly worrying what will go out next.
Please donate today! And if you know anyone else that can help, please send this page their way. Thank you!
