Help Essy Survive Poisoning

Essy, my mini Aussie, accidentally ingested a highly toxic horse dewormer yesterday. She has been in emergency since then around noon with severe tremors, loss of mobility, panting and blindness that came upon her within an hour. They believe she is finally past the critical stage after 13 hours of tremors and is hopefully stable, but not out of the woods yet. It may take up to five days for the Ivermectin to leave her system given that she hasn't improved yet when most dogs do by now . She is also in danger of pneumonia, not being able to swallow, and the vets are limited on remedies also because of that but they do expect her to make it through, just over quite a bit of time in emergency.
Essy is my little sidekick, just 15" tall and only six years old, never sick a day in her happy, active life. She absolutely lives to play ball every morning and sleeps with me every night and deserves to have every bit of help to pull through this, but I simply don't have the resources or even credit available. The bill is nearing $3,000 already and will increase each day she needs to stay on lipids and fluids there.
Please help me save my little girl. She is SO very loved, has never been away from home and is very attached to me. I just want her home and well again, able to run and play. It would mean more to me than you can know. She is a very large part of my family and life, my companion.
