Help Eva Get a New Heart and Fulfill Her Dreams

Eva is in need of a heart transplant and she has had 3 open-heart surgeries since being born in 2004. She has the most amazing doctors ; they have kept her from needing a new heart until now. We knew it would eventually come to this. She has dreams of becoming a nurse or marine biologist; we just want her dreams to be able to come to fruition. A new heart will give her that ability to achieve her goals and dreams. Please help us help her. We don't even know what all will be needed for this long journey, but we need to start somewhere. This will alleviate stress for her and myself (mom) so that being home, caring for her, helping her go through all the doctor appointments, and many trips for tests or meetings. Any amount is helpful, and prayers are absolutely important and awesome!!!!!
