Help evacuate 2 Palestinian students out of Rafah
Donation protected
I am an educator who has had the privilege of teaching English to two young Palestinian kids. I have been in contact with them throughout the conflict and have heard all about their displacement, the destruction around them and their attempts to stay alive within this conflict.
They were studying to be vets when the conflict broke out and now they have been left with no way of continuing their lives as their university has been completely destroyed. They are currently living with other displaced people in Rafah and as the military operations continue and aim for Rafah, they have nowhere safe to go to. There is no safe place left and the only way for them to stay alive is to find a way out.
I ask that you help donate to fund evacuation costs for these two kids. They are bright and sensitive kids, who were extremely shy asking for help. The world needs them, please help me get them to safety and give them a chance to preserve their lives. They are innocent brave kids whose care for each other and for the animals they have been protecting throughout the conflict is testament to their spirit. Nobody should have seen what these kids have seen.
I am in daily communication with them and so can provide updates regarding the fundraiser.
We are aiming for 20,000 as the costs per person for evacuation to Egypt have skyrocketed to 10k per person. The funds will be going directly into my student's sister's bank account and she will send them on directly to her brother.
I ask you to please consider donating, this fundraiser is a little time-sensitive due to the unfolding circumstances and I hope that we can come together and provide what we can to help my students have a future.
