I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share the dire circumstances my family and I are facing in Rafah, Gaza Strip.

My name is Mohammad, and I am a father to three wonderful children: Jana, Kareem, and Ahmad.

Our once peaceful community has been ravaged by chaos, destruction, and the relentless onslaught of war, leaving us displaced and destitute.

As a parent, witnessing the toll this conflict has taken on my children is heart-wrenching. Jana, Kareem, and Ahmad are haunted by fear and anxiety, their innocence overshadowed by the uncertainty of life amidst constant drone strikes and ceaseless bombardment.

The basic necessities of life—education, healthcare, safety—have become luxuries beyond our reach.

The cost of crossing the Rafah border stands as a barrier to our safety. Egypt currently requests approximately $5500 per person to secure permission to leave. With 5 people, the cost of securing permissions alone amounts to $27500, in addition to administrative fees and other travel expenses to reach safety in Egypt.

We have submitted a plea for assistance to facilitate our evacuation from Rafah to Egypt, but we lack the necessary funds to make this journey a reality.

I implore you, in the name of humanity and compassion, to extend your support to our cause. Our children's lives hang in the balance, their innocence slipping away with each passing day of violence and turmoil.
