Help Sofia's Family to survive Warzone in Gaza

Donation protected
Hello everyone

This is an appeal for donations for Sophia Maghari to help their family in Gaza after many tragedies happened to the family.

I'm now writing from inside a cold tent, with strong winds
I believe what is happening is just a nightmare ,what happened to us over the past months is a disaster in every sense of the word. I used to have a beautiful and warm home, but the occupation bombed everything we owned,
.After that, we moved from the Bureij camp to the insecure Nuseirat camp. Mind you, there is no safe place in the entire area. We went to an empty house, a house with an iron roof, and with every shell and rocket, it shook violently.

On New Year's Eve, while everyone was celebrating the new year, the house next to our empty house was bombed, and the debris fell on us. We miraculously survived, escaping in the middle of the night to Deir al-Balah. We found no place to stay; we wandered the streets with shelling above our heads. We woke up the next day just as daylight appeared. We walked to Rafah out of sheer exhaustion; we fell to the ground. After that, we set up a tent in an empty land where there is no internet, no electricity, no water, and no food. There is no life.

Since coming to the tents, where there is no gas, my mother would light a fire to get a few loaves of bread.
But due to the intense smoke, she went to the hospital, and my siblings got sick from the cold, as there is no bedding. We all froze from the cold and got sick.
I went to the hospital because I couldn't bear the hunger, cold, sorrow, shelling, and death. Now I am surrounded by a piece of cloth, what they call a tent, in the middle of Rafah in the Moassassa area, which is a desert with no basic amenities. A pharmacy does not exist.

My older brother suffers from epilepsy, and his medication is cut off.

My younger sister has a penicillin allergy, and there is no medicine for them. We don't even have money. All of them are sick, and I can't help them. I feel sorrow and pray for my own death, rather than see my family in this situation, where I can't help them.

I lost my job; I used to work as an agricultural engineer at the Green Papers company, which was bombed near Tall al-Hawa. My sister Aya used to work in a marketing company but lost her job after the death of our parents. We tried to help each other with the household expenses, as our mother's only income was social affairs. Now, we have no income, and there is no future in Gaza City. There is no life to continue here.

Expressing my heartfelt concern and reluctance, I find myself compelled to seek assistance as I am currently grappling with a profound sense of helplessness. Witnessing the success of various Palestinians initiating GoFundMe campaigns for families affected in Gaza, I have decided to reach out in a similar manner, as I've exhausted all other avenues.

The situation weighs heavily on me, and it's difficult to ask for help, but the circumstances leave me with no alternative. I genuinely appreciate any support or guidance that can be offered during this challenging time.
