Help Everette Cover Expenses from ALS

I'm looking for help because having this disease (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) is life shattering and very expensive. Bills for appointments and equipment to make life manageable continue to mount as my insurance carrier does what they can to avoid covering these things. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated and will go towards the things I have mentioned already. It would also be a huge help if people could share this campaign with others. Thank you.
