My name is Ezrym, I come from Aōtearoa AKA New Zealand.
After recently completing my undergrad degree in exercise science in Hawaii - understanding how to improve athletic performance has grown slowly into a relentless passion.
The small way that I have chosen to change the world is through strength and conditioning
The ability to help someone improve is big for me, so I am constantly working on my craft which in turn benefit the athletes that I will have the honor of working with and serving - whether they are professionals or youth, it does not matter to me. What I enjoy is seeing someone become better as I enjoy seeing improvements in myself.
I try my best to live what I preach.
Multiple grad schools have accepted me into their programs - for example MERRIMACK COLLEGE which have possible placements with Boston College, Harvard University, Salisbury etc it’s exciting ..
However Grad school is expensive, and I continue to seek out ways to fund this journey.
I do not see myself as smart, I had no intention in pursuing a degree - but during my church service mission in the islands of Kiribati- I was encouraged by
My mission president and mentor President Larkin to get an education .. much credit goes to him.
my career motto is “to improve oneself, will improve others”
.. furthering my education and becoming the best strength coach / exercise scientist is a quest that I have put upon myself.
If you have any spare change lying around I would be very appreciative of it, I PROMISE to give back to the communities around me and will pay it forward,
Being an international student is great .. but it has its limitations.
My wife is expecting our first child (boy) and I hope to be an example for him In that he will one day surpass me and follow his dreams as I am attempting to pursue mine.
