Help Fadi and his family in Palestine
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Jeremy. I'm from the UK. I've set up this fundraiser for a Fadi who is currently living through a genocide in Palestine. All the money goes directly to him, through international bank transfer I receive no part of it. Here are some words from Fadi:
I'm 18 years old. I was a normal young man with simple dreams, but the war turned my life upside down. I no longer had time to think about my future or my studies. All I cared about now was how to keep my family alive.
Before the war, we lived in a modest house in Al-Zawaida, Gaza. I dreamed of becoming an engineer, going to school, and living a normal life. But suddenly, everything turned into a nightmare. The bombing was everywhere, so we were forced to flee to Rafah, where we faced hunger, thirst, and fear. We had no clean water or food, and we slept on the cold ground without any blankets.
My mother suffers from severe cartilage damage and can barely walk, and my father silently struggles with heart disease and diabetes without any available medication. I tried to be strong for my little sister, Rumaisa (14 years old), but she would go to sleep crying from fear. All I could do was hold her and wait... waiting for a new day, waiting for a miracle, waiting for this war that has stolen everything from us to stop.
We fled again when the bombs reached Rafah, and now we are in the heart of Gaza, in a place we can't call home, living on the little we can find, while cold and hunger eat away at our bodies. I am no longer a child; I have become a man before my time because the war forced me to be.
All I dream of is leaving Gaza for Egypt to seek treatment for my parents, to see them smile without pain, to sleep one night without fear, to live one day without this heavy burden.
If you are reading my story, I am begging you to help us.
Your donation could save my family; it could be the difference between life and death.
Please, don't leave us alone in this hell
This money will go towards anything from food, medication, transport or accommodation. The cost of anything is super high right now as there is no aid getting into Gaza, and so this makes everything super expensive.
