Help Family Rebuild after Super Typhoon Odette

My wife's family, her parents, siblings, and extended family lives in Cansungay Pilar Bohol, Philippines. This is where the Super Typhoon Odette hit recently. We have had minimal contact with them but the situation is rough. No electricity on the island and its not likely to be back for weeks, if not months. No tap water is available. Cell coverage is spotty at best since many of the cell towers (not to mention the power to run them are down.) My wife's parents house has only minor damage, lots of mango limbs down around it however. Her sisters house near there has no roof. Her brothers house has a damaged kitchen and no roof. She has not heard from her other siblings yet. Roads are blocked over much of the island, and they are having to travel to do simple things like charge cell phones to even be reached. I am hoping this account will assist in helping them rebuild and with expenses like getting water and food while pretty much all normal infrastructure is down.
