HELP FAMILY RECOUP STOLEN MONEY

This isn’t anywhere near the amount of funds lost in this unbelievable circumstance, but I can’t possibly ask for more. I thank everyone that donates and I’m hoping the crypto community can get behind me and help in time of need.  I have been buying crypto currency for last two years to help provide for my family. All my life savings was stolen from me on April 24, 2021 from a cyber hack from my crypto exchange account Uphold.com. The crypto exchange is not responsive to my requests of trying to understand how my money was stolen. I have all proper security measures in place also, so it' s hard to understand how this happen. What makes it more difficult is the exchange Uphold.com is non-responsive to my several  support ticket requests submitted. Two weeks have passed and after leaving several phone messages and submitting email support tickets I still don’t get any productive response besides generic email messages. This has been a nightmare experience. I was hacked for all my money. Not only did I lose everything, but I had to close all my personnel accounts too.  The exchange told me to file a police report in a generic message email. I did file a police report and LAPD can’t to anything to help as they don’t have a department that knows how to deal these types of crime. I am seeking legal counsel, but the legal fees are costly and I am being told not much can be done, because these markets are not regulated. $24,000 thousand dollars was stolen from my family savings on April24, 2021. I am not a rich person or even close to it. I am a hard worker person who takes care of his family. The money I had in crypto I watch grow a little at a time. I use small profits wisely pulling a little bit out at a time help my family out.  My goal with investing in crypto was to help pay for my niece daycare school and my nephews traveling baseball expenses as he plays high school baseball and travel ball. Both which are costly and are now in jeopardy as I can’t afford them. I can’t afford anything extra right now besides paying for basics to get by. My savings in crypto is gone and now my family is sacrificing as well. Please crypto community and public anything the community can donate is appreciated. Thank you for thinking of my family and I.
