Help Family Recover from Devastating Car Accident

Hello,

On October 31st my husband was on his way to bring his client home to go bring our children trick or treating in our vehicle and stopped at a stop sign to cross an intersection. A driver in a large GMC new Sierra came very fast and collided with our vehicle at a speed we believe was over the speed limit due to the damage. The airbags didn't deploy, my husband is suffering a concussion and whiplash. His client is safe praise God.

Our vehicle is the Jeep Cherokee. We got this vehicle in July, have made three payments on it and everything seemed like it was going great. We got GAP insurance, and we had what we thought was full coverage but this all has turned into a nightmare that we cannot afford at all. My husband called me when it happened and I instantly started a claim to our insurance. Asking if we would be able to get any help. Only to find out we didn't have full coverage and only liability. We had hoped in the other driver having some sort of insurance to help with the cost of our vehicle but unfortunately, they also had no insurance and she was driving on a revoked license.

We desperately need help. We got a beater vehicle for now but it is old and a gas guzzler. Again, we need something reliable for our family. This situation has greatly affected our mental health as the thought of having to pay off this vehicle for the next 5 years when not being able to drive it is terrifying and very, very bad. We need a miracle. We would want to finance another vehicle and, we would put full coverage on it for sure this time *already did it for the beater, which is a 2006 Saturn Vue*. GAP insurance cannot be activated as we do not have full coverage. This is a nightmare. My husband cannot work in this vehicle and we don't make enough to be able to finance two cars one of which we cannot drive. If you are able, please consider helping my family.

The proceeds are going towards paying this vehicle off so we can get a new one. I can include payments as they go if this works.

We have an autistic daughter who needs help getting to therapy. Without a reliable vehicle, we are at a total loss. We also have a son who relies on us. Please help if you can. God bless.
