Help family with funeral exspensives

I'm Brittany. my best friend Kimberly Thompson lost her brother this morning. He was shot and killed for nonsense. This happened on Marshall avenue in southwest Roanoke VA! The family is devistated and just trying to figure things out. Especially how to give him a service he deserves with little money. Here is info of what happened. Also news articles are out.... Here’s what happen

My brother an his girl had a argument the neighbor banged on floor yelling be quiet Jeremy Yelled back do something dude came downstairs to Jeremy’s apt from his apartment and Jeremy heard the guy come down the stairs so they met on the front porch and he was pholding a gun Jeremy said shoot me an the dude shot! Took his life right away!

On his porch. They guy ran and barricaded hisself in the attic until negotiators convinced him to come out and surrender. And Jeremy was still laying there on the porch this whole time.

Police have him in custody! And has charged him with second degree murder. Wether it was an argument or not you don't just take someone's life over words. I do know this guy has a record already. These men both had kids a mom a family and both their lives are done over non sense.

This family has endured so many losses in the last year or so and this one was so sudden and still trying to piece the puzzles together. His mom and older brother grandmother and the rest of the family are too pieces and any help would be great. We are trying to reach out to places to help. This is not something we like to do. But if anyone could help it would be appreciated. Times are hard and we need to try and stick together best we can!
