Help family with young kids relocate

Hi everyone, I am starting this gofund me for a very close friend of mine and her two young children a 8 year old girl and a 6 year old boy. They have been renting a house in Buena for the last year and unfortunately their lease is up and the landlord has given them 30 days to get out because he decided to sell the house. She did manage to find another place after looking for two weeks and put down the security deposit. Well two days ago the new landlord backed out and refuses to refund the security deposit so now she has two weeks to come up with another security deposit and find a new home. I’m trying to get her enough money to help with the security deposit and get some new school clothes for the kids. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated even if it’s just a share. If anyone has any gently used clothes that would fit an 8 year old girl or a 6 year old boy would be a big help or maybe someone who has a vacant house their renting that would be willing to take just first months rent.
