Support Farah's Education and Amplify Her Voice

Hello, kind-hearted people everywhere,

"I'm Farah, a 17-year-old girl from Gaza, and I'm reaching out to you for help to support my education beyond the confines of war. I'm striving to raise AUD 48,000 to relocate to Egypt, where I can complete my final year of secondary school and pursue my dream of studying international law to defend the rights of young people in Gaza, who are suffering ongoing genocide.

Despite the chaos around me, I've always found solace in writing and acting. I won an international playwriting competition and performed plays to amplify the voices of children and teenagers through theatrical performances. I'I was also involved in producing educational episodes to support children's learning during emergencies and to promote human rights. The educational videos I took part in can be found on the UNRWA YOUTUBE website and my plays can be found on the Hands Up Project YouTube channel.

Our home, along with the entire neighborhood, was lost in the war, leaving us displaced and vulnerable. Like many Palestinians, I've narrowly escaped death several times, and the struggle to survive each day and night has been exhausting to both my body and soul. Yet, there's hope—a chance to rewrite my story, free from the grip of conflict. Your generosity can make this possible. The funds raised will cover legal procedures, travel expenses, settlement costs, and my school fees.
