Help Fate have her surgery

Hi,

Fate is 90 percent hearing impaired and 80 percent brain damage. As a result her speech is slurred and oftentimes it is difficult to comprehend

She is in need of surgery so that she can have a normal life.

Fate is 12 years old and the opportunities she currently enjoy is extremely slim.However she is a loving and caring child.

Help me to help Fate so she can be able to hear be able to speak properly and do the surgery.
