Help Fatouma and Fadhila recover from accident

Hello, my name is Fatouma, and I need some help. I am a full-time student and take care of my 4-year-old daughter. Since my school is very far, I decided to change my 1998 Lexus for a newer and more reliable one. I used all my life savings for a down payment, warranty, and everything the dealership offered to avoid future issues. The car dealer told me that since I had insurance on my old car, he could help me transfer it to the new vehicle to take it with me the same day, and I believed him. Little did I know that there was no such thing as transferring insurance, and it was my responsibility to add the new car to my policy.
On October 10/07/2021, my daughter and I were involved in a car accident. That was when I realized that my car was not insured. At the time, I had the car for a little over a month, and I contacted the dealership, which did not want to help and denied any responsibility. I currently have a $27,693 bill from the other party involved, a car that I cannot fix because I cannot afford it, and I am still paying 285$ a month for it, excluding rent, food, and other personal expenses.
In addition to the financial burden, Fadhila and I have been dealing with post-traumatic symptoms. We are unable to sleep, and driving is terrifying. However, we are fighting for normalcy and not giving up. I am trying my best to keep going to school to provide a better future for my daughter. We are presently living on student loans and barely meeting our basic needs. I made a mistake and was very negligent; however, it is a lesson I will never forget. I am very grateful for both my daughter and me to be alive. I am reaching out to everyone who can help us overcome this. Any amount is not negligible and is greatly appreciated.
