Help Fawn create an emergency fund to move out of USA

The intention of this fund is changing. The purpose is now for me to move to friendlier lands when my lease is up in summer 2025, unless I am forced to move sooner.

If I move sooner than summertime it will be because laws in the USA will make it uncomfortable or impossible for me to exist comfortably here.

I am looking to move to Scandinavia which better aligns with my lifestyle
