Community Giveback and Disaster Relief
Update 10/8
We are seeing a need for easy to heat and healthy meals for those working to help rebuild and restore services. Recovery efforts require long days and self sacrifice. Help make meal time easier for those in Western North Carolina.
Funds raised will go directly to making hot and cold meals to feeding the communities impacted by Hurricane Helene. We are sending 40-120 frozen meals per location to police precincts, fire halls, churches, electric workers, and hospitals & clinics to make meal time easier for those assisting in recovery.
Recap Week 1 Wednesday-Friday
- 120 Meals to Cannon Memorial Hospital, Avery County to Feed Staff by Customer Delivery
- 7 Trays of Pizza Pasta and 4 Trays of BBQ Mac & Cheese (95 Servings) delivered to Ashe County by Harvest House Church
- 120 Frozen Meals To Hunger & Health Coalition - 40 Meals to Blowing Rock Police Department
- 6 Trays of Pizza Pasta and 6 Trays of Bacon Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad (102 Servings) and 3 Trays of Chicken Nuggets for the kids with Salvation Army to serve residents of mobile home park impacted

Boone, NC and Watauga County have been through a lot with the recent hurricane. With widespread devastation impacting all areas of the county there are a lot of people that have lost everything. With roads out, power down, catastrophic flash flooding, and so much more my goal is serve the community through Clean Eatz and the help and generosity of others.
As some may know, on October 1st I will be taking over the Clean Eatz Boone location. This has been the works for a few weeks now. It’s been a dream of mine for quite some time, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue Ben Harmon’s legacy in such a special place. It’s scary buying a business in a disaster zone but we are called to do not what is easy but what is right. Setbacks are a part of life I feel called to press forward and pour into a community that needs all the light and hope that the world has to offer.
