Donations to this account will be used by the FairFACTS Matters Foundation, a 501(c)4 Non-Profit Civic Organization, for the following purposes*:

1. To provide the financial capital necessary for legal action in the event the School Board continues to move forward with its boundary efforts without regard to its constituents, the impacts it will have on students and families, and the needs of students struggling throughout the county.

2. To raise awareness throughout Fairfax County, VA, through the use of websites, advertisements, and other related modalities**, about the School Board’s boundary change efforts.

3. To support data collection efforts, including through the commissioning of independent Studies.

* All financial expenditures will be reviewed by the Treasurer and approved by the Board. Expenses will be audited.
