Help Fight Rhane's VIPoma Tumor
Donation protected
Rhane Widmar has dedicated his entire life to full time community service. Because of his love for people, since the age of 16, Rhane has spent 70-90 hours per month helping individuals in several states, including Oregon, Washington, California, Alaska, and North and South Dakota.
He has donated his earnings and approximately 22,000 hours in an education work helping individuals learn English, to become better citizens, the importance of obeying the laws of the land, to pay taxes, and to just be kind. He has also volunteered his time to help others fix their homes and has helped build houses of worship in multiple communities.
6 years ago, while helping a small community in California, Rhane received what should have been a lethal dose of lead and arsenic from the well water to which he had access. This terrible incident lead to chronic health problems, including liver disease and a very rare tumor, called VIPoma, that only occurs in 1 in 250-500 MILLION. The last six years have been very difficult for him and his family in the terms of diagnoses and finding substantial help in treating his condition.
Rhane has been completely disabled for the past 6 years and unable to work. He suffers with severe diarrhea, vomiting, migraines, at times being unable to eat for days, debilitating weakness, extreme pain that makes him pass out and at times keeps him confined to his bed for days. Outbreaks of painful pustules all over his body, and mineral depletion from his teeth and bones including spinal disc degeneration.
His medical treatment includes specialized medicine that is injected 3 times a day. It also requires him to travel over 500 miles round trip to the OHSU Hospital and multiple stays in hotels. This has added to his debt that needs to be paid.
There are very expensive medical procedures that will help Rhane. However he is unable to pay for them as each procedure is $6000-8000 each. They are not covered by insurance.
In addition Rhane & Crystals how needs a new roof, as their current one is leaking, complete with sub- roofing, new shingles and vents. This alone will cost over $10,000.
Ultimately Rhane and his wife Crystal, firmly believe that a FULL recovery is possible and they will be able to continue to help others, dedicated to a life of volunteer service.
If YOU believe that a life and a life of volunteer service is worth supporting, PLEASE help TODAY!
Thank you so much for your understanding support, loving concern, and continued friendship for Rhane Widmar.
