Help Fight the New NYS Guidelines for Child Care

On May 19, 2021, NYS Governor Cuomo announced new guidelines for Child Care Centers regarding mask mandates for children over 2 years of age.   When COVID-19 started our daycare held us together to help working parents get by, and we are forever grateful.  They are now after 14 months, requiring masks to be worn by all children inside a day care facility sometimes upwards of 10-12 hours a day, except when eating, drinking, swimming.  This is beyond ridiculous, considering the time frame of recent events, such a CDC guideline changes.   We need to stand up for this, and fight for the kids who are the ones suffering because of this.  I have a 3 year old and a 18 month old who attend day care 3 full days a week.   We need to raise 25,000 for lawyer fees as Todd Aldinger is willing to represent us from the law firm of  Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria.  He is responsible for the suits regarding other school districts and restaurants earlier this year.    Let's make a difference and use our voice!! 



The money from this fundraiser will allow us to pay the retainer fee  Todd Aldinger to fight the new day care mandate which includes summer camps and over night camps!   I want to ensure everyone that donated that your funds will be used for legal fees of Todd Aldinger to fight for all parents!!!   Thank you all again for the donations and the shares.  We really have the best people!
