Help fight the THEFT of my remarkable fitness invention!

My name is Clint DeBerry. I am the Founder and CEO of PowerSphere LLC. I came up with a unique fitness concept back in 2007, and in 2017 after working on a series of prototypes, a working prototype has been created that I've demoed for scores of people and the feedback has been phenomenal. Now, I have a patent-pending product, a manufacturer ready to go, and there is a lawsuit that threatens to take it all away!

As the main guinea pig for the PowerSphere, I've personally experienced remarkable results! Results that far exceeded any expectations I had. I've personally been able to;

Unfortunately, I brought someone onto the team that I clearly shouldn't have. This person is currently suing myself and PowerSphere LLC after their attempt to oust me from the company failed. This person has a series of failed products themselves, including a failed fitness product. I've butted heads with this person from the beginning. The person hasn't held a job for many years and is supported by his family, whom I assume are funding this lawsuit. Unfortunately, I have no friends or family I can go to for the kind of money I need to successfully fight this lawsuit. To the contrary one of my family members borrowed $10,000 from me in 2022 and hasn't paid me back.

I sold my house in 2022 so that I could leave my job and work on PowerSphere full time. The lawsuit and the relative not paying me back the $10k they owe me have put me in a terrible financial position.

I'm seeking $10k for living expenses and $20k for legal fees.

If we can successfully defend this lawsuit, myself and good friend and first investor in the company, Joe Perez, would like to continue the company and bring a lightweight, portable, variable resistance fitness product capable of being applied to many different fitness goals, to the world!
