Funeral arrangements for Kim Whitehurst

We’d first like to start off by thanking everyone who prayed, helped search, and shared our father’s story. We are comforted and grateful by the outpouring of love and support we received, and continue to receive, from our amazing community. It’s amazing to see how many lives our father has impacted.

On Friday, January 17th, we received the heartbreaking call from authorities that they found our father. He has been taken to a local hospital and is awaiting an autopsy to determine his exact cause of death. While this is not the news we were hoping for, we are grateful to finally have closure after living in agonizing suspense for nearly 2 weeks.

We appreciate all that has been donated thus far, but as most of you may know, funerals are extremely expensive. If you’re able to, please consider donating so we can give him the funeral he deserves; full of love and surrounded by a community of people who knew and loved him.
