HELP FIND OUR 3 AUTSTIC BOYS STOLEN FRENCHIE PUP

We are raising money for a reward for whomever can give us the information that leads us to getting Sprinkles home safely.
Our family has 3 teenage boys with autism, fairly high functioning but they still have many needs. Our family decided to get the boys a therapy dog mainly for our middle boy as his needs are highest and he also wears a project lifesaver bracelet powered through Olmsted co deputy's. (its a tracking device for kids that flee.) Anyways we got the puppy a French bulldog on May 9th 2021we and named him Sprinkles. On Friday June 4 2021 at approx. 4:56 p.m. my son was outside in our front yard with Sprinkles taking him outside to play and go to the bathroom. A sliver 4 door car pulled into our townhouse community shared parking lot. They parked in my parking space a man was driving the car and he had 2 female passengers. The women from the front passenger seat gets out of the car and approached my son asking if she can pet his dog. Our son not knowing any better said yes. The woman picked up Sprinkles and set him on the drivers seat lap then the driver put the car into reverse and sped off the women ran after on foot heading south down 18th Ave NW towards 37th street NW. This happened in Rochester MN

All our family is devastatingly heartbroken with the loss of Sprinkles. We saved for many years to be able to afford him because there a very expensive dog but amazing at being therapy dogs and my son that was outside is very traumatized by it all. This is such a huge loss. Not to mention he is on meds too and has been to the vet for his ears.

My middle boys birthday is fathers day and his little brothers birthday is this weekend all these boys want for their birthday is for Sprinkles to be brought home safely.
