Help find the Nannup 4

Hello, my name is Barry my niece Chantelle McDougall and her then 6 year old daughter Leela disappeared in July of 2007 from their rented property at Nannup in Western Australia. They have not been seen nor heard of since. They disappeared together with a Tony Popic and a self-styled spiritualist who called himself Simon Kadwill this was an assumed identity stolen from a co-worker in England, his actual name was Gary Felton. Felton had a number of online followers and spoke of suicide leading into July of 2007. He spoke of providing Chantelle and Leela with a drug that would provide a peaceful death . Despite two Police investigations and a Coroner's Inquest, Chantelle and Leela remain missing. I am a retired Victoria Police Officer with over 35 years’ experience and intend to travel to WA in July of this year to make my own inquiries. Western Australia Police initially refused to take the missing person’s report, failed to identify all lines of investigation, failed to obtain all relevant phone records and failed to identify all available witnesses. My sister and brother in law, Cathy and Jimmy McDougall have lived for the last 17 years without knowing where their daughter and granddaughter are and what their fate was. It is presumed they are deceased and buried somewhere in the Western Australia Bush. on behalf of our family we urge you to please provide monies to permit me to travel to WA and make my own inquiries. We are not a rich family and cannot self-fund my investigation, please help end the uncertainty for my sister and brother in-law. Chantelle was a loving mother and would not have taken the life of her daughter Leela. Leela was a bubbly and cheeky 6 year old girl who loved swimming and her dogs. I will utilise the funds for travel from Victoria to Western Australia, accommodation in caravan parks and the hire of a vehicle. I will attempt to search a particular area of bush that Western Australia Police failed to properly identify.

Update 27/5/2024 - I have approached a Western Australian company called Minelidar who have supplied a quote for (Light Detection and Ranging) LIDAR scan. Peter Evans the Director of MINELIDAR Pty Ltd has provided a very reasonable quote heavily discounted to fly a drone fitted with Lidar scanning capability over the search area to find anomalies on the ground surface. I will need further funds to utilise this technology. This technology which will enhance my ability to find our loved ones. See photographs one with vegetation and the second with vegetation removed
