Help Fire Damage Recovery by the Finnish Bistro

In the morning of April 19th, a beloved neighborhood Cafe, The Finnish Bistro had a kitchen fire from a power surge in equipment. Thankfully no one was injured!! The damage is limited, but the business had to temporarily close for the recovery efforts and hopefully reopening on April 26th.
As you may know, the Finnish Bistro is a home for local music as well. The local music community and supporters are also saddened by the news.
As a small independently owned business, the cost for the recovery is significant. The business has insurance, but the deductible before the insurance kicks in is financially burdensome and the owner wants to MAKE SURE her staff and our musicians get reimbursed for their time as they all were cancelled on at the last minute! Tip loss and musicians' 1099 payments are NOT covered by insurance.
We are also having a fundraiser onsite!
