Help support the First State Gymnastics coaches!

As you know, our community is going through an unfathomably difficult season due to the COVID-19 outbreak and business is far from running as usual. In these scary times, we're extremely thankful to have built such a supportive and strong family within First State Gymnastics.
We're asking for your support for a few reasons. Most importantly, our coaches and staff. Closing the gym, even for a short period of time, puts them at great risk financially as the gym is their primary source of income. During this gym closure, do they wait and hope they can weather this storm? How will they pay their rent this month? Or do they try to find other jobs and we lose them forever? It's unimaginable for them to be put in this situation so unexpectedly. The family we've built here is not easily replaced and our top concern is how we will continue to support them and their families.
Next, our kids. Whether it's an hour a week that your child spends here or 30+, to abruptly halt their gymnastics career like this is awful. For those who worked all year just to have States, Regionals, etc. cancelled and not even be able to continue practicing is heartbreaking. For most who go here, gymnastics is not just a hobby, it's their entire childhood. It's the thing that gets them up in the morning. This is not easy for them.
And lastly, because we've always put our kids and staff before our family. For us to shut our doors means no income. None. And because this is a small, family business, when we can't pay gym bills, that means we can't pay our hardworking employees either. We started this business from the ground up and have worked so hard to get where we are today. To see it slipping away from us in the blink of an eye is heartbreaking. There are gyms we know of that have already closed their doors permanently because of the coronavirus. We're praying we don't have to do that but things are looking very dire.
When this crisis is over, we'll have a lot to work through. Will we be able to recover? Will our wonderful staff and customers return? It's getting extremely tough for everyone and we're asking for your kindness and support during this time.
Please disregard the goal amount for our fundraiser. We had to enter a specific amount but it's very difficult to determine given the uncertain circumstances we're under. Anything you can give, whether it's monetary support or just sharing our story with others would be so appreciated. Every cent that we make from this fundraiser will be going directly to our coaches and staff - this is for them. Please help us help them. Thank you.
