Help Fix Morningside Cafe's Broken Window

My name is Jeffrey Lewis II. I am the founder and owner of Morningside Cafe. We are located in Detroit, Michigan. The morning of Friday, December 27, 2024, we were the unfortunate victims of an attempted break-in at our business. Two individuals used a broken cinder block, completely breaking the glass to gain access to the inside. If it wasn't for a couple of cars passing by, they would have been uninterrupted and made their way inside. There's no telling how much more damage would have taken place.

When we arrived to begin our day just a few hours later, that's when we saw the destruction to our property. Something like this is the last thing you would expect to happen, especially just coming off the Christmas holiday. The entire window, as well as the logo decal has to be replaced as they are beyond repair.
