Help fix my sis car (unfair, racist decision)

Hi my name is Brianna medina and I was wrongly at fault for a car accident I was involved in a couple weeks ago.  I had just left my house on Friday night to pick up my pregnant sister at her boyfriends house in her car. I was driving in a residential area probably about a minute away from my house when I was halfway through a small intersection and a car abruptly tried to beat me and I had no time to react. Although neither of us had a stop sign, the rules of the road clearly states at a four way stop with no stop signs the person to the right has the right of way(in this case I had the right of way) the insurance agent was confused as to why the police wrote it out as my fault due to the fact that it clearly showed the other driver was in violation of code 21800 b. I have to assume this was a racist judgement because the police that came to the scene was a white male and the other person involved in the accident was a white male. It doesn’t make sense when the evidence is all there which is posted below) and I am still at fault other than me being Latina. All I’m asking for is some help with the $1000 deductible I am wrongly being forced to pay. I would greatly appreciate anything you can help with as it is my sisters new car she was gifted for her new baby on the way! If you can’t, thank you for reading and/or sharing ❤️
