Help Fix Our Streets: Bergamont & Tremont
Donation protected
Dear Neighbors, As residents of 1454 and 1458 Bergamont Street, we share your concerns about the potholes and poor condition of our streets. After consulting with Rob Yoder, a contractor from the North Hills, we have received an estimate for temporary repairs. Mr. Yoder has proposed filling the potholes with asphalt this summer, which should last for at least a year. While this is not a permanent solution, it will address the immediate issues until we can explore long-term options.
This project is directly for our streets, Bergamont and Tremont. Our streets could not be plowed last winter due to the condition of the roads. The North Hills Association is contributing $2500 towards the cost of this project from our dues paid last year. We want to raise money to service our two streets, Bergamont and Tremont. The $35 contribution per house for the street project is separate from our normal HOA dues, which will go towards plowing next winter. If all of us contribute this small amount, we can get it done! If you are able to pay a little extra, it is appreciated to help get this project done. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to addressing this issue together as a community.
