Hi, we’re Roshane & Alizé, two Black women from the heart of Toronto who grew up surrounded by resilience, culture, and a whole lot of hustle. Coming from neighborhoods where opportunities often felt out of reach, we’ve faced our share of struggles, trying to find our footing, dreaming of something bigger, and pushing past the limits placed on us.

That’s where Flicks and Flavours was born. What started as a passion project, blending our love for cinema and food quickly became a movement. Our events bring people together for immersive, themed dining experiences that pair iconic films with meals inspired by the stories on screen. It’s more than just dinner and a movie, it’s a space where culture, community, and creativity collide.
