Help for a friend starting out in a new place

I have a friend I've known since age 15.  He is moving into a new place and has nothing to start out with.  He and his roommate (who is a paraplegic) lived in a furnished place prior.  They need everything: plates, utensils, bed... everything.   He works hard but does not make much money, and his roommate is of course, disabled.  He also has a very old truck that is not running well and will need to be replaced soon.  I would like to help him out.  He really could use a break.   He is the type of person that would give you the shirt off his back, even though he has nothing.  He never complains and would never ask for help.  He does not have a computer so has no idea that I am doing this.  And he still has a flip phone, so not online at all.   He is such a good person.  Anything you can give would be appreciated.    Thank you!
