Love for ADI and her family

As many of you know we have been asking for prayers for the past two weeks for my sister Adi. As we have been trying to keep this unfortunate news to ourselves for as long as we could. I felt compelled to do this go fund me because my sister was always the one doing for others…whether it was a cake for a birthday, baby showers for employees and hosting fundraisers for ppl in need. I felt it was only right to do the same for her.

 

 

A few weeks ago Adi be came sick. We thought it was just a cold and it just got worse. She ended up getting bronchitis and a week later ended up contracting Covid and then turned to pneumonia. She fought the battle along with her asthma for about a week. On sept 17 she woke up with a fever of 106 and immediately went to the hospital to find her oxygen level was at 75. At that moment she was admitted and eventually put in the ICU.

 

Sunday the 19th she had to be put in an induced coma and on a respirator so her body wouldn’t have to work so hard for her body to heal. Since then it has been a roller coaster of a battle.

 

At the moment she is stable but still in a coma. She has showed slow signs of progress. We hope she is able to make a full recovery. Although the doctors don’t know how long this could be. We have been told months up to 2 years.

 

I am doing this go fund me for all the people who continue to ask what they can do or asking Alex if he needs anything to please them them know. And I know Alex pretty well that he won’t ask for a help.

 

On top of this tragic situation that came out of nowhere and medical bills they have also been stripped of a full income into their household. As You could only imagine getting striped of a house hold income is difficult for any family. On top of continuing to work hard to support your family while also dealing with a situation as serious as this is not easy.
