Help for Amanda, Toby and Kids during this crisis

I am asking for help for myself, Toby and my kids. I am currently in a hospital in Lafayette for a motorcycle accident. I lost the love of my life in that accident. I had 3 surgeries on my body and I will be having another surgery within the hour! 2 broken legs, part of my foot was amputated and I have a surgery today to hopefully save the rest of it. I feel scared and alone other than my kids and few family members along with Toby's spirit here with me in the most difficult time in my life. I love and miss Toby so much it's hard to live. I have plates and screws with staples in my right arm, pins in my right leg, half a foot on my left, broken teeth, scrapes & bruises not only physically but on my heart. Toby and my children Nevaeh and Sean dont want me in this situation and if Toby was here I wouldnt be in this situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We need it.
