Help For Amit family

On October 3rd, 2022, we were devastated to learn about the untimely passing of our long-time friend & soul brother Amit Chalise.

Amit, who moved to the United States in 1995, was living in Greensboro/ High

Point (Triad Area) with his beloved wife Kajal Tandukar Chalise, and loving children Amika (5 years) and Amik (3 years). He is known in the community as very caring and loving, always willing to help those in need. Amit will be dearly missed.

Amit was the sole breadwinner for his family. He was supposed to move into his first house on the day of Vijaya Dasami. But fate has some unfair plans for him and his family. This family is hanging by a thread as Kajal is also struggling with her health conditions.

A small group of Amit’s friends and family has come forward and helped with funeral costs & other expenses. The funeral was held today at Forbis & Dick Funeral Service - Guilford Chapel, 5926 West Friendly Ave. Greensboro NC 27410.

This family needs support from all of us during this tragic period.
