Help For Angelo Gumbs- Medical Bills

My name is Paola Rivera and I am fundraising for Angelo Gumbs. The guy we all call, “Coach”.

Angelo was having serious symptoms with his vitals and was hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center on Dec 8th. Today marks his 7th day away from his family, friends and baseball. Doctors have run a combination of procedures such as blood work, cardiac tests, MRI’s, neurological tests and more to determine the cause of his high risk symptoms. The good news is that many things are being ruled out, the not so good news is they don’t have answers yet. Angelo will remain hospitalized possibly through Christmas. Medical bills are mounting and I hope creating a fundraiser will help alleviate some of the medical cost for Angelo and his family.

For those of you who are not familiar with the Gumbs family. Angelo Gumbs was previously a coach for Redondo Beach Sunset and then started his own league AMG which stands for Always Maintain Greatness. He has treated all his players like family and has elevated the boys into top players who love and respect the game.

He has four wonderful kids, Hailey, Andru, Kendal, and Marcel and an amazingly strong and loving wife Kandis.
