Help for Baby Miracle's NICU Medical Bills

Hi! My name is Carmela. My sister Carol gave birth to her baby girl on May 16. Baby Miracle was only 25 weeks 4 days when she was born; we found out she was 28 weeks old when the hospital retested her. She was born 1.9 lbs. and 12 inches long. Baby Miracle is considered a micro-preemie and will have to stay in NICU for three months or until she is fully developed. After a series of blood test, they found out she has a blood infection and is currently being treated with antibiotics. In addition, she is scheduled for a Lumbar Puncture. Since birth she was intubated to help her breathe. She also has IV fluids to help her body have the nutrients she needs. Yesterday she was given milk with the help of a tube that goes directly to her stomach for the first time.

Unfortunately, Carol's health insurance doesn't cover NICU, and medical bills have to be paid out of pocket when they reach their hospital bill account limit. Baby Miracle is staying at the NICU Center of Manila Med Hospital in the Philippines.

Carol and Jake both have jobs but still need help to pay for all the medical expenses. We appreciate any amount you can donate. Please include baby Miracle in your prayers. She is fighting hard to survive and has shown so many positive signs.
