Help for Bobby Barnes
Donation protected
Bobby Barnes had been on dialysis for nearly 5 years. During this very difficult time, Bobby is thankful for the love and support of his family and friends. Bobby's health while on dialysis deteriorated to where he was no longer able to work and was in jeopardy of not being eligible for kidney transplant.
On December 7, 2021, Bobby received a new lease on life. I (Bobby's Brother -in - law) was able to donate my kidney to Bobby. Surgery was performed at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, TX. The surgery was successful and kidney I donated to Bobby is functioning properly. Every day Bobby is getting stronger and stronger. His color came back immediately after surgery, and kidney functions are performing as meant to.
While Bobby is recovering, his disability insurance will run out on January 28th. Until Bobby is released and able to go back to work. He will have no source of income. Bobby wants nothing more than to be completely healthy and cleared to go back to work. But until then, he needs your help.
This picture is from Thanksgiving, while waiting on our surgery.
This picture is from Christmas, 3 weeks after surgery. A true blessing and best Christmas gift ever!!!!
Thank you everyone for taking time to read this remarkable story and for any donations made.
