Help Support Brandy Walker and Her Recovery

On February 28th of this year, our dear Brandy was in a debilitating scooter accident in south Florida. Brandy had to be airlifted to a hospital in Miami, and was on life support for 11 days. She sustained several serious injuries, including broken ribs, a broken eye socket, broken scapula, bleeding from her brain, and a skull fracture. She required two brain surgeries during her hospital stay. Unfortunately, Brandy has sustained some cognitive brain damage from this accident.

Brandy is improving well physically, though still in some pain. However, after sustaining this injury to her brain, she still has some ongoing changes to her mind that will take some time recover from. Brandy is now home in Memphis, where she has a lot of rehab ahead of her and will be unable to work for an extended period of time. As of right now she is unable to care for herself on her own.

Her family has already accrued a substantial amount of medical bills. They would also like to make sure Brandy keeps her own place in the hopes she will be able to fully live on her own if it is possible after rehabilitation. Any support we can provide will go a long way towards Brandy’s medical bills and living expenses. Those of you who know Brandy know that she has always done anything and everything she can for those she loves. Now it’s our turn to return the favor. Brandy has worked hard her entire life, never complaining, never resting, and never expecting a break. But boy does she deserve one. Any support you can provide will be greatly appreciated by Brandy. Being blessed to know her, I can honestly say no one is more deserving of our assistance than she is. Thank you for support!
