Celebrating Brian’s life & healing in Heaven.

Hello this is Janessa, Brian and Robyn's daughter. One and only. I specifically am asking for monetary donations for my parents. These funds will be used for medical treatment, monthly MRI imaging and travel costs to & from hospital. Our story is below:

On December 28, 2023, my father went in for a CT scan due to him having major brain fog and memory issues. That evening he was told by hospital staff he would be admitted for further testing. By the blessing of God, they caught him early enough and this CT scan was ordered sooner than March of 2024.

Also, that evening, we were given a blow that my father had a tumor in his brain and would need surgery to remove the mass. On December 29, 2023, he underwent brain surgery to have the mass (the size of a tennis ball) removed from his frontal lobe on the left side. His brain was crushed by this thing and had massive swelling due to it. Diagnosis... Cancer in the brain.

To say that we as a family are crushed is an understatement. We are grateful for the response and quickness of getting my dad into the hospital, testing needed and surgery to remove the mass. We are currently in a recovery process and waiting results of what type of treatment will be needed going forward. We have been grateful for the prayers that we have received thus far and appreciate prayers as we navigate this battle.

For those who may be unaware, this is not my parents first battle with health issues. Dad underwent major surgery in 2019 for the worst case of pancreatitis, which has left him a diabetic & with only 30% of his pancreases. Mom has undergone major surgery for a different number of reasons which has left her disabled. Meaning, the only income is my father's.

We are not a family that asks for help, we are the family others go to for help. We quite literally try our hardest to give back, serve others and provide others in needs with what / how we can. We do not know what the future holds, but we have faith God will provide... be it through community, family, friends or complete recovery. God's Will is always better than our own, and we know He doesn't make mistakes.
