Help for Carolyn Moore

My neighbor on Next Door need a little help. Carolyn Moore has been a kind and considerate neighbor for as long as I've lived in that neighborhood. She always has a kind word and has been so helpful to her neighbors. She's having a rough time right now, she filled out the app for assistance but it wasn't approved soon enough and she has been evicted, along with her beloved cats. She's 67, and disabled, and will now be forced to live in her car, which btw isn't running right now. Please help me to help her.
