URGENT HELP CHIN REFUGEE'S in IDPs
Donation protected
Chin-Myanmar Community Care and Kenshi Candles Mission to India IDP Camps (Internally Displaced Person's Camp) has set up a GoFundME page to raise funds for the delivery of desperately needed food, medical supplies, and basic living necessities to our Chin brothers and sisters who have been displaced by the atrocities committed by the Military Coup Chin State Myanmar.
There are more than 40,000 Chin IDPs estimated in Mizoram. We have assessed 10 IDP camps in the area of Mizoram State, India and found what each camp most needed in the wake of bombings, military restrictions, landslides and monsoon weather. We will deliver these much-needed supplies with our own hands to the IDP camps as an ongoing project.
For this ongoing mission, we urgently need your help to raise funds to purchase and deliver essential medical, food and basic living supplies and these specific items including: -
- Housing and Classrooms - building materials for housing including plunk flooring panels, and zinc roofing sheets to replace damaged and rotting tarpaulin and bamboo.
- Electricity and Water - items including solar panels, bulbs, wire and PVC piping and batteries, and funds for a desperately needed water pump machine.
- Education Items - including stationery supplies, textbooks, and funds to pay teachers.
- Other equipment - Sound box for meetings, devotion and alarm for junta bombings.
Chin -Myanmar Community Care is a not-for-profit charity based in Melbourne, Australia. Our goal is to improve the lives of our people in Australia and back home. With your support, we will be able to improve the living conditions of up to 1290 internally displaced people living in 385 households in the most deprived conditions.
You can be a part of this mission by giving donations through this campaign or buying our candles for your gift (personal and corporate gift) through our website below and help us make a difference in the lives of our IDP Chin brothers and sisters by helping us reach our goal of $50,000. www.chinmyanmarcommunitycare.com.au
