Hi, my name is Kate and I'm fundraising for a grassroots volunteer network that provides help for families displaced by Russia's war in Odesa, Ukraine. I have helped organize and run the network since March 2022. Our efforts are based in Odesa, a city in southern Ukraine that receives a lot of refugees from neighboring occupied areas. Everything we purchase and distribute is sourced locally in Ukraine. Since March 2022, we have purchased and distributed

-515 personal hygiene packages

-diapers for kids and adults

-formula

-medicine

Over 460 families received help. Each family can ask for help once a month. One food package costs approximately $25 US dollars and includes 3 kinds of grains, pasta, sugar, vegetable oil, tea, canned meat, fish, and vegetables, and cookies/crackers. We add fresh seasonal vegetables whenever possible.

Many humanitarian efforts that existed when the war began are now gone. These families experience food insecurities and have very limited employment opportunities. Please help us keep feeding these families.
